Carefully read through our terms and conditions for using the disposal services of Carteret Disposal Inc prior to contracting our services. These terms and conditions relate to questions about dumpster loading, billing information, dumpster drop-off, and canceling your order.

Cancelling Your Order

  • Must have 48-hours notice
  • Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days
  • Cancellation fee $50.00

Dumpster Drop-Off Time Frames

  • Our time frames are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No refunds or discounts if your dumpster doesn't arrive on time (depending on traffic) or other delays

Carteret Disposal Terms for Container Rental

  • Each dumpster has a weight limit
  • Extra fee applied to dumpsters exceeding limit (prices vary per county)
  • Invoices and proof of weight ticket mailed for overweight units, process discussed upon ordering
  • CDI not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, or anything beyond curb line
  • No dirt, concrete, or hazardous waste mixed with general debris
  • Cancellation fee: $50.00, must have a 48-hour notice
  • Relocation of dumpster if we have to come back $150, wasted trip charge $150
  • Rental is 10 days and $20 per day over
